2011 Holiday Shindig?

It's official.

We are booked for Sunday, Dec 4 at the Meeting Room at the Simpson Garden Park in Bowling Green.
We have the building from 11am -7pm, but the event should officially be about 11:30am- 5pm or maybe 6. There is an event the night before, so I probably can't get us in much before 11am, but maybe a little. It depends on how much clean up there is for the hard working maintenance workers.

Make some decisions and get a cache page up. I can get over there and mark the building coords later this week.

After creating this forum at SuchaNana's request, I've also updated our Event page at Geocaching.com with a link to this forum.

While reviewing the Event Page I see we have still not set times for the schedule, nor a cost for the event.
