i tried and tried to identify him in the photo-op pix that accompanied the article, but couldn't be quite certain.... in the February 2017 Vol 21 # 20 issue of the Sylvania Advantage, our Rick (the_bearclaws) was mentioned/thanked as a volunteer tree commissioner member for the Sylvania park & forestry department... methinks that means he knows which trees are the best hides for geocaching...
