I was going to suggest a pinata but that would mean more cleanup.
We could play musical chairs right at the end (kill two birds with one stone).

I like the pinata idea. Where do you get those.?TheBearclaws wrote:I was going to suggest a pinata but that would mean more cleanup.

Can we get the SC to ok an all expense paid trip to Mexico?

I've done pinatas in the past for my kids' birthday parties. You can normally fine pinatas at places like Party City (or something like that) on Monroe St. across from the mall. Generally they are made of paper mache but then you also need to buy the candy and goodies to fill it with. You need a bat or something strong for swings at it as well as a blindfold and rope to tie it up on. Cleanup isn't really that bad for them.

Someone buy a pinata. You'll get reimbursed.

If we want one I will stop and grab one tomorrow. I just saw some in a store a couple miles away from me.

Talked to Mike last night, he's gonna grab the pinata, candy & some other stuff to make some grab bags for the kiddies. There are crayons & coloring books in the supplies for NWOGEO that I will be grabbing tonight. I think the kids are good to go.

I made grab bags for 23 today already. I told Mike that on the phone too.

I bought some Sillybandz while out on lunch to put in the bags or maybe we'll make a fun activity out of them...not sure.

I have no idea what sillybandzs are. Are they edible?cachergirl27 wrote:Cachergirl Jen (not Mike) has Sillybandz to put in there.
The pinata can be stuffed when we open. I'm not sure how we will hang it. I'll peek inside the building and see if something comes to mind. Maybe we can do it outdoors from a tree. I'll bring a stick.

Sillybandz aren't edible, they're bracelets that are all the rage with young'ens. If you don't want non-edible stuff in the pinata then I won't put them in. But no one's gonna confuse these things with food, trust me.

Non edible items are fine with me. If you stuff it with $$, I want my turn with the stick.
