No one seems to be in charge. This could get interesting.CrewHugSparks wrote:I could help with this and/or other areas. What still needs done, planned, etc?

Re: Check-In & Welcome Table
Sorry guys, Larry had surgery so I've been trying to deal with that and working 2 jobs. So I have not been on here as much as I need to be. I guess I'm in charge as no one else has stepped up! I was hoping Mr. GoodDog would take the $$ at the front door. As for name tags, Giz is not going to be able to be there, so we will have handwritten name tags.
I will be getting the banner/logbooks/supplies from him this week to bring.
I put MDWalsh in charge of setting up the room, so he will be putting the check-in table up where he sees fit on Sunday morning.

Re: Check-In & Welcome Table
Ok , I can take money, but I need a helper. I'd like to mingle a little this year. I'll bring the 50/50 tickets and the jar.
What would help out is if someone would go to the cache page and make a list of who is coming and how many. If this is put on this forum some place it does two things. It generates interest when people see how many are coming. Buzz is always good for these things (no, not that kind. ) Also it will make it a lot easier at the check in table to do the money and make out the name tags if the names are printed out. Cache names can get a little confusing when you just hear them spoken.
Can we get a new volunteer to do this? It's indoor coffee sipping work.
Who has some name tags?

Re: Check-In & Welcome Table
I'm bringing a ton of nametags with the office supplies, no need to buy those or markers!
I will pm CrewHugsSparks, she was looking for something to do. Will let ya know what she says.
As far as the table, it's in the HTML and I would have to get the template from Giz to edit it. I can pop in & out on the cache page, but it's really hard to edit the content without the template.

Re: Check-In & Welcome Table
As long as you may be fixing the cache page, the link to these planning forums no longer works.
