Re: Cache Placement Volunteers
And SuchaGuest it was.
OK a poker run is where there caches hidden and "cards" placed in the caches. There are 5 or more caches. Each cacher that finds the cache takes a "card". The "cards" are really items with a barcode on them. There are 5 or more caches. When the cacherrs return to the event they turn in their "cards" and they are then scanned to determine what "playing card" they represent. The best poker hand wins.
Kapish?

Re: Cache Placement Volunteers
Four caches placed and submitted on 4/20/10. Let me know if we need more. Will I need the poker scan stuff and program on my laptop or is there a designated machine?

Re: Cache Placement Volunteers
Did you notify Keystone that they are for the poker run specifically? Who else is placing caches & have they been placed/submitted?

Re: Cache Placement Volunteers
Yes, I submitted all but one and didn't finish writing them up, and let him know that they are for the run. He told me to finish writing the pages, then submit. I'll have plenty of time to finish them tonight and I'll resubmit. And how do I get my cache bar to pop up as my sig file? I tried cutting and pasting the html....
