I was looking for a copy of mapsource. I need it to load waypoints to my nuvi. I used my sister's before but her copy is in California.

I don't have a Nuvi, but it looks like GSAK can send the waypoints to a bunch of Nuvi models.

I have a Nuvi 350. With GSAK you can actually go paperless on the Nuvi, name, GC name,full description, ratings, hints, when it was placed last and last four logs.

that is why I just upgraded to an oregon 200... paperless is great! plus at a price of $249 I can't complain!

I know there's a macro to load all the cache infor for the nuvi but I just want to load the waypoints. I use the nuvi to get to general area then switch to my handheld.

Here is a way to get MapSource for free legally without resorting to a Torrent Download service:

It basically involves installing Garmin's free "Training Center", then getting the MapSource updater as mentioned previously.
