just got GSAK any opinions?

Post by ejnovinsky »

I just downloaded the freeware version of GSAK...the other day I was getting ready to go get some caches, and when I went online to put coords on my GPS the site was down. I discovered GSAK looking for a way to combat this problem...this way I have coords available to put on the GPS regardless of the availability of the net, and a system to organize them, and I dont have to keep them on my GPS...it seems like a good program, and it seems like alot of you guys use it, so what are your opinions of it? is it safe? is there something better?
As my blind ninja master used to say "The keenest eye is that which looks inward"

It's safe, and its a powerful tool for managing waypoints. Can't complain or think of anything better.

It is GREAT. I use it EVERY time I prepare for a cache trip. Don't get overwhelmed by all the features. I use about 7% of the capabilty.

I can't imagine caching without GSAK. 3 great tools: gc.com, GPSr, GSAK
