NWOGEO Cafe Press Store?
So I was looking online and came across this: http://www.cafepress.com/nwogeo , now is this store out of date or just no longer used. Or am I just really confused? An answer would be much appreciated!

Re: Store?
Wow! Forgot about that too! Who started that page at Cafe Press? We should get it updated with our newer stuff. I want a mug!

Re: Store?
I'm sure it was one of us on the Steering Committee that started that. Heck it could have been me! The logo's are pretty old. They date back to when we started the NWOGEO site.stepshep wrote:So I was looking online and came across this: http://www.cafepress.com/nwogeo , now is this store out of date or just no longer used. It is also curious that we never linked to our Cafe Press site from our NWOGEO site.
I would create the link now, but I think the Steering Comittee needs to discuss the use of the Cafe Press first.
Personally I like the idea, since we can get small quantities of lots of things that we not get personalized otherwise.

Cool! Sounds good to me.

Re: Store?
I created it.
Shirts from cafepress have a really crappy quality, but some of the stuff isn't bad.
If we can decide what to do with it, I'll act accordingly - I had forgotten about it.

I vote we put our common logo and the new "tree" shirt design on the coffee mugs and other things we don't intend to buy in larger quantities.

Yea! I think it would be cool to have NWOGEO throw Pillows and clocks.

Re: NWOGEO Cafe Press Store?
I started on a few months back, I think, but I got lost in the work. I think there is another one also. I can't even think what I started it as, but it was close to this. I thought someone had pirated our logo. I checked on the shirts, and they had very limited things you could do and the price was too high. Same things for the mugs. Our "profit" would be more and we charge less than they do. However, for mugs etc and small items, it would be ok. One of the problems is that you can't adjust the price of anything.
