I know you emailed me but I will not be at the Shindig this year and since I don't know when I will be there just go ahead and take me off the golden ammo can list. I have been so busy with this new job and a new version release of our product that I will be unable to make it up there until New Years at the earliest.

Can someone please update the gc.com event page? If someone wants to come and isn't part of this group or on the Facebook page, they won't have any of the details. Thanks.

woohoo... details posted weeks ago on 3 sites - regularly updated & again earlier today w/times/$ on major two sites FB & gc.com...

Due to something unforeseen, I will not be able to help with set-up, please remove my name from that category. I'm sure one of the hundreds of other volunteers will take my place, maybe even rufustrunt.

updated again...whew...i almost know what i'm doing now and that's scary...

Both Scuba & I will help with setup, and we will be bringing the pop & paper products for the club.

I can bring slaw, macaroni salade, or another fruit salade just let me know which. Also I will try to get there early enough to help set up... But can't promise that.

The tables and chairs will already be setup. We may want to rearrange some things, but no biggie. If anyone is planning on putting things on the walls, you need to get that stuff that is sorta like gum, but doesn't take the paper off the drywall.

There shoukld be plenty of stuff that looks like gum under the tabletops.

I found a nano that looked like gum.

There will not be any Temporary caches for the event.

There have been 19 traditional and 1 new puzzle new caches within 10 miles of the event in the4 last 2 months

So I suggest that everyone get a PQ of their unfound caches.

If there is good WiFi service I may be able to get geocaches for people that "forgot to get a PQ"

Correction. There will four "local geocacher" themed temp. caches (maybe more if I can find enough stuff). No coordinates will be needed as they will be in or around the building. I will provide clues at the event. Log them if you are interested, it is long established tradition ( well 12 yrs. or so anyway. )
