both churches i checked are already booked...for next year - free to members, no ins needed - however - that member would be held responsible...

all day at bg sounds good to me ...i'd sign but i only have renters insurance now...

I'm thinking 5 hours is not long enough
12-4 sounds good
I don't live in BG

We're always all for a Winter event, but we can never know if we can make it due to working retail jobs.

The 4th in BG sounds good here, but 5 hours would be cutting it close.

Go for it! 12/4 sounds good for driving and all day sounds good too. Doesn't mean we have to stay all day but allows time to set up etc.

Ok, enough positive votes are in . I'll make a reservation for Sunday Dec 4th for all day. We would have to ask for donations or about $2/ adult to cover expenses. Well worth it.

Thanks for taking that into consideration. We still have vivid memories of running into snow and black ice on our way to a shindig.

We hope to make it to this year's event!
