2015 SPRING FLING Potluck/Volunteers

SAT May 9, 2015... 9am til 4ish..... Poker Run 9:30 (event cost $5.00 adult/13+ at door)

Pot-luck at the activity Barn @ Hancock Park District's Litzenberg Memorial Woods - bring your specialty - whether homemade critters, regular stuff or store-bought... or just look over the list and fill in the blanks......did i forget anything - oh yeah, the foodage... NWOGEO... provides hamburgs, hotdogs, beverages, table settings. Please use a Cambro or other non electrical device to keep food hot. We don't want to trip circuits with too many crockpots.

Looks like Dolphin Lady and I will make it. I plan on bringing Macaroni Salad, the grill if it is still working, and will setup if it's not too early(I need my beauty sleep)

I made a double batch of mango and grilled pineapple salsa tonight, so whatever of that survives the office potluck will appear Saturday.

I need to find out from Yogi57 what time he will be there to open the barn, but in the past we have opened the barn @ 9 am. I'll confirm that time & be back so people who are setting up know what time to appear!

Yogi confirmed he will be there just before 9 a.m. I plan on getting there 8:45ish, since registration begins @ 9. Anyone who is willing to show up & set up tables, we would appreciate it!
