I'll start..... What was wrong was that Pax and I couldn't attend. Oh well, maybe next year.

What went right: a less complex poker run. Scanning barcodes always seems to take so long for a relatively small group.

What went wrong: we had more hot dogs and buns than necessary. Always tough to know how much to get, especially given the weather.

Then that's an issue.
Make sure it is scheduled so both Cheech can clean out the extra hot dogs, and Mina can be there for the extra burgers.

freeze 'em - we'll grill 'em @area 51 for hors oeuvres !!!

(afterthought - if the weather would have cooperated & turnout better -our 60 burgers were already gone !
i'm just sayin - second guessing meat purchasing counts is a fine art when will attends wait til LAST second...

Had the snafu for the poker run winner with a couple people being out (my fault). I think next year if all the caches are in the park maybe bump it up an hour or just start the event 1 hour later. I think the new method for the poker run worked well. We forgot to get a group picture also.
