Adopt-A-Highway/CITO Dates for 2011

It's SPRING & we know what that means.......Adopt-A-Highway/CITO time! Ok, usually flowers and stuff, too. Anyways, here's the Adopt-A-Highway/CITO schedule for 2011. Our 8th year or participation!

Rain dates for the above are on the following Saturdays.

Don't forget, besides getting a smiley for these events, you're doing the environment a favor. If you have a child over the age of 12 (and accompanied by a parent!) who needs service hours for school or scouts, this is a great opportunity for them.
We usually go partake in Pizza at Pisanellos after the April, June & October CITO's, so there is a reward!
The guidelines for participation are posted on every CITO event that we post.

I'm afraid that Cherry may not meet OSHA requirements. I believe that you must wear Flourescent Green to meet those requirements!

We'll be at the Mackinac Island Spring event on 4/30 so I know we won't be at that one and Mrs. TM is doing the Williams Co. Relay for Life on the 6/25 date. Maybe sometime, we will be able to make one of these!

If Scuba or I can make the CITO we will bring the vests & bags. Otherwise, we'll have to pass them off to someone else. We still have the vests from last year (shhhhhh don't tell anyone!) after all the crap I had to go through to get them everytime.

then Cheech buys pizza for us ( he actually may this time) in nearby Grand Rapids ...
while the_Bearclaws regales us with historical and little known facts...
