We have reset our meeting!

The NWOGEO Future Organization Meeting has been set for Sunday November 8, 2009 2:00 p.m. -4:00 p.m. at the Way Library, 101 E. Indiana Street, Perrysburg, Ohio.

Things to Note:
-The meeting room is downstairs. The elevators are to the left when you walk into the lobby.
-We have the meeting room from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., there is a $25 after hours fee for staying late.
-There are NO REFRESHMENTS allowed in the meeting room, or there is a $35 clean up fee
-EVERYONE involved in this organization is welcomed & encouraged to participate
-In exchange for the use of this room, they are requesting we do a GC 101 event in the spring. I will be in contact with them in the future for this.
-This is NOT a GC event.

Sound like you're off to a good start with the meeting. I would get 5-10 SC members to help plan and organize the events. You can get volunteers to help at the events.

and is the frost meeting referring to the time of year or the actual day of the first frost falling on the pumpkin?

As of now I can be there, but I will know for sure when it gets closer. WIth the 5 kids, week nights are hard for me to get away.

Don't worry it took me about 500 finds to figure that out. It also took me about 1,000 finds to figure out that we had a banner that you can sign once you achieve 500 find, but that is another story for another time. I will reiterate what I have said before; I think one area where we can improve nwogeo.org is to make it more inviting/welcoming to new people.
