WWFM V (World Wide Flash Mob - year V) on May 2nd, '09

PLEASE VISITS SITES BELOW BEFORE VOTING

On the same day as our "Spring Fling Poker Thing" there will be a number of geocaching flash mob events occuring simlutaneous ly around the world from 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm ESDT.

Would anyone be interesting in hosting such an event in Findlay? We could break from our Picnic to attend, and maybe the dual event would draw interest for our Picnic at the same time. We would be sure to cross promote each event.

Another very good reason to have one, would be to allow people to have a choice between going to the WWFM in Columbus and miss our Spring Fling, or come to Findlay and do both.

Even though the FM lasts only 15 min, it could consume just under an hour from our event for travel time and all. However if we started our Poker run immediately after the WWFM it may work out perfect and consume even less time.

Visit the PodCacher site to learn more about the "WWFM V" events: http://www.podcacherforums.com/phpBB2/v ... m.php?f=21

Seems I've been to one of these. Why not do it at the park where the spring fling is? We could start the poker run immediately afterwards

I had thought of that too, however with little other public there, the effect would not be as interesting. I was thinking more of somewhere in Findlay with more exposure, and yet with easy parking.

We have ice cream? Where?

Most of those link are blocked for me so I googled it. Seems pointless and silly, count us in.

Anyone willing to host this? If you have never hosted an event you can get yourself a new ICON.
