May 3rd, NWOGEO 2008 Spring Event - VOLUNTEERS REQUESTED!
The barn at Litzenburg Memorial Woods in Findlay has been made available to us by the Hancock County Park District for the Spring Event. We are looking for volunteers to help with event planning, cache placement/event activity, and food/entertainment. Please PM me if you are interested. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, we won't be able to attend this year.
We'll be attending the Greater Toronto GeoBASH that day. We're flying up to Buffalo, to save some driving time that weekend.

Here's my idea. We all can discuss ideas for the theme at the BG meet and eat next week. After that date, let's set up a night to do a chat on here, and we can make some plans. The place is already set, but we need to have ideas for a theme/food/and caching activity! Also, we need someone to round up any 1kers we may have. See you all at BG! Let me know what would be a good night for a planning chat, with everyone invited that can help or has ideas!

I'm not sure what you're planning but I will try to help according to my work schedule. We can have a potluck. If you want to have hamburgers and hot dogs I will volunteer to grill.

I haven't planned anything. I was hoping that those that previously volunteered to help, and any that may be considering would find a night we could hold a chat to discuss any ideas.
