Why?: To enjoy an evening with fellow geocachers, share stories, trade Travel Bugs and Geocoins, enjoy some great food, and most of all...kick back, relax, and enjoy the evening!


The newest geocaching group in Ohio, North Central Ohio Geocachers. Our third Meet 'n' Greet in this area. We hope to see some “newbies� in the area and of course the familiar friends as well. For those of you who could not make our last Meet ‘n’ Greet, we hope to see you also! At the August event we had a SPECTACULAR! turn-out. Hope to see some of the NWOGEO members head to the SE corner of the area

The purpose of our Meet ‘n’ Greet is to welcome ALL geocachers. Bring family and friends! Share tips and ideas, trade TB’s and geocoins, and last but not least, to share more great caching stories.

Lil' Bella’s is a downtown Galion restaurant, and the coordinates will lead you to free parking at the back door. Enter under the awning. Starting at 6:30 PM, and we don't have to hurry out. We can stay longer if we lose track of time!

Lil' Bella’s serves pizza, salads, burgers, and pasta. Order at the front counter, we will be in the “The Fireplace Room� (located at the back of the restaurant). There is an "All You Can Eat Pizza/Salad Bar" that night that includes a drink for $6.49 (price subject to change, but likely not), if interested. We will be “passing the hat� for a gratuity intended for Lil’ Bella’s.

I really would love to get Tagalong down for this one of these days. Her parents live right around the corner. It's a school night though and 2 hours away.

Was good meeting you McCombRef. Wish I could have chatted longer....but man....LOTS of people at this one!!! LOL. Hope to have more in the NW area venture this way, and we hope to have some of the NCO people up your way sometime in the future.

- BigBill5554 brought his Geocaching Display to share with everyone. Made for a nice addition to the display table.
- GoldenHawkRider and SearcherL added a couple of caches to our doorprize drawing. Capt. Phil and Charlie did as well. Much appreciated guys!!! In all total, we gave away 2 ammo cans, 1 1-gallon jug, bag of micros, 3 ready made micros, and 2 loc-n-loc conatiners. Those in attendance were much appreciative of those giveaways!
- Had many coins and TB's to discover and trade.
- A collection was taken for tips for the server of our event. She made out pretty good, and they thank you for the tips!!!

Looking forward to the next even, wherever that may be. Hope to see all of you again soon! Thanks again for the fine event!
