Is it really missing?

Post by Chaenorrhinum »

Seems a little abrupt that someone with only 7 hides goes straight to "needs archived" on this. Anyone who has already found it feel like checking on this cache? http://coord.info/GC464Z7

It is impossible to miss this one, which also makes it impossible to miss by muggle kids on the playground. I would say it is gone, but I have not driven by there lately to look.

Yeah, I was wondering about a 1.5/1.5 in a playground. That, and it violates my "don't lurk in playgrounds" rule. Just seems a little gutsy to "Needs Archived" a cache based on the vast experience of 7 finds.

The kid who entered the "needs archived" log is also the one who made the paper cache container, I posted a pic someplace here.

Anyhoo, the owner needs to check it out regardless of the origin of the inquiry. I'm sure it is missing and will continue to be an issue untii it is archived. There is just too much "mechanism" involved to not attract curious kids who get anywhere near that tree.

That's actually what pegged my attention - right after he archived his "cache" he reported someone else's.

Hah!!! Your choice of one word in your last post is coincidently significant to the hide!

Missing, replaced, whatever it is...
Ignoring the reviewer is an easy way to get your cache archived.
