I can give you some names of some cachers down that way who would most likely be willing to get with you to cache. They don't have an organized group anymore, but lots of active cachers! DickandJane, CherryCacher, hikerjamz, morlock_1971, and darbrn are all from the Piqua/Tipp/Huber area.
