I haven't been on the forums since Friday so i missed this. I can also convert VHS to DVD if necessary. Unfortunately I am moving in two weeks to Columbus. I hope they re-air it.

Re: PBS Geocaching special
Cheech, you have my permission.
I watched this show on DVD at GeoWoodstock, in the spacious motor home of Old Hippy & Granny. My friends are featured prominently in the show - I know them because Old Hippy is one of the cache reviewers for Northern California. Most of the geocachers featured in the show are "ringers" hand-chosen by Groundspeak for their ability to explain stuff clearly. As a result, I think this is the absolute BEST television piece ever done on geocaching. I recommend it to everyone!
For me it was cool to see the sites of some caches I've visited, being featured in the show. I've found the Jimi Hendrix gravesite cache and the waterfall park cache in downtown Seattle. I logged a DNF on the "Totally Tubular" cache with the advanced retrieval method. It wasn't that I couldn't figure out how to open the container -- I could not FIND the container. It is about two feet tall and "hidden in plain sight."

Re: PBS Geocaching special
It looks like the "Treasure Trackers" segment of "Brain Fitness Peak Performance" was taken from, or at least based on, a new series by American Public Television, called "Treasure Trackers" that started in early June.
Here is a link to the American Public Television video promo for the show: http://www.aptonline.org/catalog.nsf/vL ... E+TRACKERS
Both shows are produced by Sante Fe Productions. Here is link to their page for "Treasure Trackers" (no video): http://santafeproductions.com/?p=737
And just to put everything in one place, here is the link again that Cheech first posted for the video segment mentioned above: http://vegaspbs.org/index.aspx?NID=1130

Re: PBS Geocaching special
Does anyone have a VHS or DVD copy of this available to borrow?
I recently found out that my parents have a really little tv that has a VCR built in. I can just borrow the whole unit from them if I need to.
