Jeremy Irish tweeted that the national parks are doing their own caches to draw in visitors...

Looks like they at least put some effort into it. The two I checked had nicely done pages and were educational. I'd do them if ever in the area. First EC I've seen with a logbook, though it appears to be there for another purpose.
