Way back when, CCCooperAgency was the big cacher, having blown through 10,000 caches when most folks were amazed at a cacher with 1000-2000. She slowed down around 2007 when her father got sick. He died in 2008, and she took on a new calling. She dropped out of caching shortly afterwards, hitting just over 25,000 caches. Her profile is still up and active.

I have been watching him for quite sometime now. He was doing 6000 a year. LAST year he was doing a 1000 a month. His personal best is over 900 in a day. So he says.

Talk about amazing stories. Grizz made the reference to CCCooperAgency. Did you check her out. She was going great guns, hit 25,000 (if memory serves me correctly) and then stopped. It has been several years since she stopped, and she has only found one cache since. That is even more amazing to me!
