Ohio Alphanumeric Challenge owner list
Ok, the cache challenge is tough enough but what are the recommended ways to search through 3800 caches to compile a list of owners?
Dang you Russ!!!

I ran a My Finds PQ and then uploaded it to GSAK and then sorted the Placed By column and then scrolled through them. It doesn't take long to find out you don't qualify

i went to the member lists at geocaching.com, MIGO, NEOGEO, and NWOGEO
that seems to b e helping narrow it down...
I'm going to visit and get 007 in Maryland next time I visit my daughter in Baltimore !!

Re: Ohio Alphanumeric Challenge owner list
I've only got 8 more to go (0,2,5-9,Q). Looking through my Michigan Library, I think I can get (2,5,7,Q). So hopefully I can find some variety out West next summer, since I am still missing a few (0,6,8,9).

Re: Ohio Alphanumeric Challenge owner list
Since you use Cache Stats on your profile page, there is an easy way. When you open your "my finds" PQ in Cache Stats, you can go to the tab "Caches", and select "group by" "Owner". It will be in the top right corner of your screen. It will sort it in alphabetical order of each of the cache owners you have found. After a little searching and sorting, you should have your list.thunter16148 wrote:Ok, the cache challenge is tough enough but what are the recommended ways to search through 3800 caches to compile a list of owners?

Just need 6-0 JUST.....lol
Re: Ohio Alphanumeric Challenge owner list
I was here to post a log in the bogus logs thread. I thought I would look around to see what my southern geocaching neighbors are talking about when I saw this thread. I suck at puzzles generally but after scrolling through the MyFinds GSAK database all I need is the number 8.
Any leads?
I searched the MiGO membership list and found 8_is_Enough lives in my city. But no hides.
I'll search this site's membership list if I can.

GC1X369 is the only #8 around here. It is in Gibsonburg, Ohio. I did not look any further since I already had this find. I did not look any further, I am fairly certain that is it.
I am an amazed cacher!

Re: Ohio Alphanumeric Challenge owner list
Hey Cyclops, do you have a "ZERO" cacher within a couple hundred miles that we may have overlooked?
Re: Ohio Alphanumeric Challenge owner list
You're not going to like this news, my "0" placer lives in California but placed a cache in Missouri, north of Kansas City. I found it while there for work. Here's their profile anyways 007BigDcheechgang wrote:Hey Cyclops, do you have a "ZERO" cacher within a couple hundred miles that we may have overlooked?
