2008 Major Events Venues...

Looks like my begging is paying off. My thoughts...get a date reserved ASAP! Also, since the Riverbend area has heat, that would be a good choice for next Christmas. However, we may wish to use it in the spring, since it's a sure thing. That Riverbend area sure would be nice to hide a lot of close winter caches...
Let me know what you think!

For that size group, we would be able to offer you free use of a large shelter at Riverbend Recreation Area or the Activity Barn at Litzenberg Memorial Woods. Unfortunately, the barn is not heated, so I don’t know if that would work for you in the winter. Just let me know if you want to take us up on this offer, and I can get a facility reserved for you.

Normally around 100, a lot depends on if we get preregistration (we do this if they are catered winter events, so people don't blow them off if the weather is bad) and on the weather for caching! Thanks so much for looking into this for us.

That sounds great, Jen. I am looking into the possibility of complimentary rentals for your group. How many people attend these socials?
