PBZ defeats the Toledo Waterpocalypse by bottling 4,000!

We decided to head out of the woefully under-hydrated Toledo area today & into the wilds of Indiana to get some caches. One of them was PBZ's 4,000th cache! He hit it on GC3ETEG wetchuz, which we found VERY ironic! Congrats, Brian, and here's to 4,000 more!
