My SportTrac Map gps recently crapped out on me. It wouldn't acquire satellites. Thanks to Dublin, who had the same problem, I'm back in business. If you go to this link you can clear your old software and download the new one.Magellen SportTrack Map Software Update.

Yogi it is on Magellans site If you never updated the firmware on your Pro then there is a good chance that there is an update for it.

Thanks. I don't like Magellan new website, it's too hard too find the link. I got them save to my computer now.

Update: The other week I went caching and I was having trouble with my sportrack pro. Either I was right or 20-30 ft off. Also I notice that I only show 8 satellites. I reinstall the firmware and now it show 12 satellites. Now I have to go and try it out.
