I have tapatalk installed on my iPhone and have been using it for quite sometime. Yesterday, I tried to access the formums and got an error message. I am still getting it today. I hope one of you can help me figure out what to do.

The message says:

Request Failed
You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below.

When I then click ok, I can enter my user name and password but I do not got an image with a confirm code. Consequently, I cannot log in.

I deleted the nwogeo forums and then re-added them with the same result. I am still able to enter all other forums from other sites through the app.

Any suggestions?

Yeah, I've been having the same issue. What's going on?

I had the same problem this morning/last night, I ended up going to the main site through my browser and logged in that way and *poof* tapatalk started working again, auto-magically!

I get that message when logging on through Firefox so it has nothing to do with tapatalk. Sometimes i get logged out and have to enter the captcha even though i never entered anything incorrectly.

I had the same problem two days ago when I logged in with my laptop (Windowws XP) from Kalahari. Had to do the whole Captcha maneuver. No problem from home, though. Cookies????

It is intermittent so you likely just didn't encounter the error while at home.

I normally have to login when using my laptop but not the captcha thing. From home no problems
