time Zone

I have the timezone set to -5:00 GMT and it's still one hour late. Any help?

All this does not explain why the website time is 14 minutes fast.

As the air gets more humid in the summer, the speed of electricity speeds up. Basic physics. 8O By Sept. the clock should be back to -4 GMT
