what do you take caching
What do you take with you when you go geocahing besides your gpsr (or smart phone) and a writing utensil? Anybody have a "Bat Utility Belt" of some kind that contains some other interesting items you think you may need on a cache?

Re: Android users tech (CacheMate,GeoBeagle, ect..)
I've read through these posts, but was interested in any new info anyone may have. I just got a droid x and was wondering what geocaching apps anyone familiar with them recommends. Still undecided on whether I want to pay for Groundspeak's ($9.99) or get one of the free ones. I still plan on really ...

Got the 60CSx, too. I really like it! I will always have a place in my heart for the old ETrex Legend, though. I still need to figure out some things, but it's really nice up grade from what I was using.

Re: Feedback from Email by jslagle - Includes Poll
I'd like to see it go on as it is, but new SC members who are active and willing might keep it together and invigorate it more as an organization. I've not attended an event in quite some time, but that's what raising twins does to my spare time. Believe me, everyday I miss geocaching, but am lookin...

We'll keep the family in our prayers. That's awful news at any time of year. Family and friends will get you through this tough time as will God.

Count me in. I've told several people I know about this cache as it's a very interesting and challenging cache. Until now, I thought I'd never really get to try it. I look forward to it.

Re: Who enjoys finding SQ caches?
Right now, SQ's are my favorite caches to hunt. Although I'm starting to get more interested in the puzzle caches.
SQ are quiet hunts. Usually no one around. Reading the headstones is interesting and the local history aspect of it really makes one appreciate the history of the area.
