We have offered and as option in our last note to them.
That's when they came back a week later saying they'll go check on it.

Last time there was an issue, was it a year ago or more, we wrote the C.O. from their profile page.
We did hear back later saying they were planning on going out there and checking on it.

Has anyone tried writing Mark Robinette to let him know about this issue?

We noticed that quite frequently many people arrive for the event well before the 6:30 start time.
Perhaps we could change the time for the Maumee M&E to 5:30 or 6:00pm to 8:30.
