I've cached of my Walmart mountain bike on numerous occasions. I use it mostly on trails such as BTC and WCT.
I've also been known to ride my Honda Shadow but I keep it off the trails.
My GPS mount is easily moved from one to the other.

Re: GPS unit
I have an eTrex Legend which is a good unit. It does have issues in densely wooded areas with losing satellite reception. I also have an eTrex Legend HCX. The HCX has the high sensitivity receiver in it. I rarely have issues with satellite reception with the HCx. A while back, someone did a real nic...

Re: Bird's Eye View works differently now
Work is really starting to interfere with joining the crowd. Missed the team approach here. Gonna have to tell my boss that they are really cramping my style. Looked like the group had fun though. Anyone know how to fly a biplane? I can get a sheet... I don't know how to fly a biplane but I have a ...

If you're looking to form a team, I'd be willing to participate but I don't think I'm interested in a human pyramid. Does the $60 include both the webcam and the rocket?

I guess that explains the time lapse between publish and FTF. I got the e-mail but my schedule has not permitted me to seek this one yet.

Re: How did you get started geocaching?
Memsochet bought a Cobra GPSr to play with on his 40+ mile commute. One of the people at work introduced us to geocaching (just something he had discovered while surfing the net). Memsochet ask me if I wanted to go look for one of these things that day at lunch. We set out and found Air Force by Cla...

Re: Issue with its not about the numbers site
I have had a similar problem when I don't wait long enough to do the My Finds pocket query. I have had occasions where I've logged my find for the day then ran a MY Finds query right away. For whatever reason, some of my finds for that day didn't show up. Now, I try to wait until the following morni...

Re: Caching this Weekend(2/7-8/09)
I managed to locate 7 caches Sunday. I really didn't think I would be able to go at all but a power failure at Patrick Henry High school and in the entire town of Hamler left me with a couple hours and several nearby caches.

I'm trying to convince the gang that it will be a good time. I plan on being there with or without the gang.
